He saved us from making over a $500 mistake!!!
When our Whirlpool Washing Machine stopped agitating.
We debated on getting a new machine or fixing the one we had.
That Monday my wife gave me a list of 3 places to call and get someone to come out to get it repaired.
INSTEAD of calling, I TRIED all the DIY stuff that doesn’t really help but waste time, I went from watching videos on fixing the washer to the latest Jimothy sightings(what the heck happened to that…raccoon?).
All I did was agitate my wife!!!!

After a couple of days, forgetting about the numbers my wife researched(she checked reviews, comments,etc)
I DID a local Google search, results were thin, I finally came across the number for SRQ Appliance Repair.
They were able to come out the same day, troubleshoot and fix our machine right away!
Vatalii saved us a ton of money, with fairness and no nonsense and got our machine agitating again.
Funny thing the List of 3 places to call, SRQ Appliance was on the top of my wife’s list.
One last thing I need to fix is… to say:

SORRY TO MY LOVING THOUGHTFUL WIFE, who was only trying to help me from myself and get it fixed as fast as possible.

SRQ Repair did a great job replacing our LG washer's moldy rubber gasket. He came out right on time Friday and we quickly realized that the $300+ OEM part I ordered from LG was the wrong model. Vittali couldn't believe how much they charged and suggested getting one online. He assured me the quality would be fine and he would make sure it didn't leak, etc. I'm so glad I listened because he definitely knows what he's talking about. I got one on Amazon for $60 and it was a nice, thick, good quality gasket. SRQ Repair came back at 8:30 am the next morning (a Saturday, no less!) and had it installed in no time. He definitely saved us from having to buy a new washer—and his pro-advice saved us a bunch of money on the gasket.

If I need any other appliance repairs, I'll call them again for sure.

If you are looking for an appliance repair company - Support this local small business - SRQ Appliance was amazing to work with. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to schedule me in immediately. Vitaly showed up when he said he would be here and diagnosed the issue with our fridge within minutes. Additionally, he had the fridge fixed within about an hour after arrival - a drain line was clogged and fortunately we didnt need any parts.

  THIS IS AN UPDATE!!! READ BEFORE YOU HIRE!!! This company and Vitalii IS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED THUMBTACK SMALL PERSONAL BUSINESS COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH IN FL!!!!! HE IS COURTEOUS, BUSINESS DRIVEN BECAUSE HIS NAME IS HIS BRAND. HE DOES EVERYTHING HE CAN TO GET TO YOU AND IF HE CAN’T COME PERSONALLY, HE WILL SEND SOMEONE WHO IS JUST AS COMPETENT. HE CAME OUT TO FIX MY DRYER IN JANUARY. HEATING ELEMENT. NO HOT AIR. IT WAS FRIED. EXCELLENT SERVICE THEN. I WAS HAVING THE SAME ISSUE TWO DAYS AGO. HE COULD NOT MAKE IT SO QUICKLY SO HE SENT OUT ANOTHER FOR MY CONVENIENCE AND TIMELINE. THAT PERSON WAS ALSO PROFESSIONAL AND FOUND THAT IT WAS ELECTRICAL AT THIS TIME. NOT THE ELEMENT. I CALLED VETERANS AIR FOR ELECTRICAL. THEY CAME OUT AND SAID NO ELECTRICAL ISSUE. IT’S THE DRYER. SO NOW I’VE PAID TWO PEOPLE IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS AND STILL THE DRYER IS NOT WORKING. I CALLED SRQ, VITALLY BACK, AND AS BUSY AS HE WAS HE CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY. HE CHECKED EVERYTHING OVER AND OVER UNTIL HE COULD FIGURE OUT WHY THIS HEAT WAS NOT WORKING. ELEMENT WAS IN TACT. VOLTAGE WAS THERE. THERMOSTATS WERE BOTH WORKING CORRECTLY. BUT HE KEPT TRYING, AND THEN BAM THERE IT WAS. IT WAS ELECTRICAL. HIS GUY WAS RIGHT! VETERANS WAS WRONG!! THE PLUG OR PLUG PRONG OR WALL OUTLET HAS A SHORT!!! IF YOU PLUG ALL THE WAY IN IT BLOWS OUT COLD AIR, IF YOU TAKE IT OUT SLIGHTLY FROM WALL IT BLOWS OUT HOT AIR!!! THE PROBLEM WAS IN FACT ELECTRICAL AND VETERANS WAS WRONG!!!! HE PUT EVERYTHING BACK TOGETHER AND DID NOT CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR THE TIME. I CALLED VETERANS AND TOLD THEM WHY THEY WERE WRONG AFTER THEY CHARGED ME A SERVICE FEE TO COME OUT AND TELL ME IT WAS NOT ELECTRICAL AND THEY ARE COMING BACK AS A WARRANTY CALL SO AS NOT TO CHARGE ME AGAIN, ON MONDAY MORNING. (Meantime now that I know the problem I can dry my cloths that have been washed three times now, working the plug just right, and they dried). SO I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT SRQ AND VITALII AND AJ’S INTELLIGENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM, AND DETERMINATION TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT FOR THEIR CUSTOMER. HEAR ME OUT ONCE AGAIN.
